Wizards,
First time posting, please let me know if I have posted in the wrong forum.
I got a snapmaker 2 for Christmas, and have been printing quite a bit of stuff.
As I am new and like to push buttons, I may have done something wrong because when my computer goes to sleep i get a message on the touch screen that states " Machine has lost connection with Snapmaker Lubian. Tap confirm to stop your current engraving job."
I made the mistake of pressing Confirm and it canceled an 8 hour print 6 hours into it.
When I send the g-code to the machine, and then disconnect the software, i can manually select the print file and this message never shows up.
But if i start the printing via the software by clicking âstart on lubianâ I get this message.
Once i reconnect the software back to the machine, the touch screen returns to the normal connected state.
This message is very confusing as I am not engraving anything, and it concerns me that the confirm button might get clicked by mistake when the touch screen is picked up after the software disconnects.
Is it possible to prevent this message from popping up?
If not, is it possible to change the message to say something like âreconnect the software to view your print statusâ, and remove the confirm button, which is just a cancel job button?
Thanks in advance,
Gad
