Looking for advice(bed warped)

Looking for advice, i got my 3d printer(A350), set it up, had some issues i worked through support with. Now that it’s all correct the bed is very warped, taking a straight edge to it you can see it’s not touching on the left side, the auto bed leveling is trying to compensate by extruding more but it’s just coming out a blobby mess, basically i cannot print on the left side. I’ve got a support ticket open but they haven’t talked to me in almost a week now. Just looking for what i should be doing? I’m a bit scared to even try using it as a CNC because of how much more destructive a spinning bit can be. I’ve got an ender 3 and used a glass bed as a straightening jig over time heating the bed but, with this being the out of the box experience for a more premium product i’m a bit lost especially with support not replying to me for a week.

Send them a reminder. They’re pretty busy and seems like they may occasionally lose track. Especially if you’ve contacted them before, it seems like sometimes the support requests get combined accidentally. Make sure you started a new one and didn’t add on to the old one.
Frame is installed correctly? Nuts down?
All the linear modules and z-towers are correctly seated and flush in their appropriate notches?

If your nuts are mounted in the right direction (may you post a photo of your machine to be sure), let us see your M503 feedback from the terminal (you have to be connected with usb and you have to make a screenshot of luban if you haven´t got a other terminal software, unfortunately Luban is not able to copy and paste)

Note: Have you set your calibration grid to the maximum available points? (5x5 grid with A350, settings/ 3D printing/ Calibration Grid)

not sure what nuts down means, the nuts are facing down on the platform? yes, i could see that screwing all sorts of things up

I’ve even got other little issues, like the touchscreen magnets seem to be in the wrong area and it sits a lot higher in the dock then it should, slips out a lot in that position.

stange update, i ran M503 and noticed the values were duplicated and WAY off, ran the mesh again after again checking all the screws were tight. Running a print now on the left side of the board and the skirt went down terrible, all blobbed like it had been. but the initial print layer looks nice.

Left side is still just junk for getting anything to stick

Made a post with updated info

Take a photo of the machine with

  1. disassembled bed sheet
  2. disassembled heated bed
and post it here.- After that try to fasten the screws diagonaly, like a car wheel.

Did a lot of soul searching and started treating the printer like a ender and less like a premium printer. The e-steps were way off. Now the bed leveling is ‘ok’. All the edges are low I have a ticket into tech support. The default profiles are not great in luban so started making a custom one in cura. Now I’m working on artifacts. stringing is bad. Layers aren’t consistent. I’m gonna keep working at it but I’m just surprised at how not ‘out of the box’ this printer is.
