Linear Acceleration calibration

I was looking at the Cura test file for this, and it would take some 12 hours to print on my current settings.
Of course that K setting is somewhat dependent on the print settings, so I want to get it right.

I remember seeing some test files that were just single layer stripes.
Where are those test files?

I wasn’t asking what it is, but rather if it was compiled into the firmware.
