I just had to clean them myself. Seems like there was still some filament left in the gear after switching materials. Just ordered some “cleaning filament” on Amazon and I hope this helps when changing colors.

I am already using their wedge but I still see filament shavings in the machine, the wedge doesn’t seem to work for me.

The same symptoms appeared for me. I found that the nozzle is blocked only when printing with a specific filament, whether Artisan (Dual Nozzle) or Snaomaker 2 (Single Nozzle). That filament is Snapmaker’s PLA black . I believe that the quality of Snapmaker’s PLA black is likely poor. …
