I have had my Snapmaker 2.0 for more than a year

I recently replaced hot end after replacing I got layer sifts immediately on first layer. I took out to make sure I did not do something wrong. the tiny set screw that secures hot end in place will not tighten could this be the problem. can not find replacement set screw. please help.

If the hotend is not secure it could lead to very different issues, not remaining the same…

The set screw should be a M3x4mm for H2.0 Allen wrench.
