Layer Height does not match L & R Extruder

On the latest version V4.7.2 when switching between different print quality mode, the right extruder layer height doesnt update as per L extruder. I only noticed this as I sent a print and keep hearing my left extruder hitting the model.

This is in particular when the right extruder is in custom setting.

Just had this happen to me. Destroyed an ASA filament print. Had to raise the Z by .04 Now my practice is heated bed leveling followed by raising Z axis .04
