Are you still having the issue? I’ve had my snap 2.0 for over a year. I laser engraved something yesterday perfect while Luban updated on my computer. Next laser engraving with the new software and the image did the same thing yours is doing. So I went and usb installed the firmware update still slanting the image.
Could use some help identifying the issue.
