New to using the laser cutting feature on my snapmaker. I have been vector cutting using .png files that I drew. The design and cut processes are fine and working, but when I arrive at the cut phase, I keep getting a rogue line from the middle of my design to the edge that I don’t know how to fix. Has anyone had this issue? I have attached an image of what I’m seeing with the line through center.

I am having the same problem with my laser. It appears to have happened when I started the laser. It is turning the laser on at the set power level as it moves from the origin point to the start of the project. I have multiple lines shown on the picture I’ve attached because I was trying to troubleshoot several things and re-started my laser project on a scrap piece of material. Definitely not good.
Yes, and I’m a naughty monkey because I’m using the sacrificial CnC board instead of the laser boards.
Solved! It requires a firmware update as it was an issue that was patched previously. Try updating your firmware on the device and see if that works for you.
