Laser Camera is not working

Hello,

I have Snapmaker 2.0 with the latest firmware.
I have done several projects with the laser and camera capture.

Since today my camera capture does not work anymore. The laser still works.

When I try to use the touch screen directly, I get the following message Camera is not connected?

I have checked all the cables to see if they are connected properly but everything is fine and the laser itself still works.

So I don’t really know what it could be? The latest firmware? camera broken?

I have tried to restore the previous firmware but the problem persists.

The camera status light is always orange

The camera doesn’t transmit over the cables—it uses Bluetooth.

Sounds to me like maybe physical damage to the camera—did you happen to swap modules just before this started?

I installed the CNC module and did a project and then put the laser module back in with the power off. And I had installed the new firmware.
