Trying to find settings for USB Port to be able to send manual commands to J1 (To Calibrate and update extrusion steps). Any help appreciated.
There isn’t any reference in the user manual to Serial settings, so wishing you all the best. The only calibration I’m aware of so far is via the GUI on the touchscreen. I thought I’d seen reference somewhere around calibration, but I wasn’t able to re-find it in a quick scan.

You’ll need to install the CH340 driver. If you’re on Windows or MacOS, you can probably download it from here: https://support.snapmaker.com/hc/en-us/categories/12964041494935
If you’re on Ubuntu like me, I had to install it manually. I have followed the instructions listed here: How to install CH340 on Ubuntu 22.04 | 0xsuk's blog
I’m now able to connect using serial to the printer.
