Hi all,
I am having a similar issue with my Snapmaker 2.0 350. I was homing one day to start a 3d print and it power cycled on its own (did not lose power\lights and computers in the room stayed on).
After this I was unable to move the linear modules, but all my toolheads/heated bed still work. Also will not let me calibrate or run jobs.
I was able to connect via console and run this command (mentioned above) along with M999 (restart)
After doing this I was able to move the linear modules and everything seemed good. Then I tried to home and it makes a grinding noise on the x axis now when homing. However when in jog mode it will not hit any limits I.E. if I am at max x and I tell it to go +10mm more it will not grind and it appears to know where the limits are. Aditionally when I calibrate/do bed leveling for 3d printer it seemed to be in the dimensions of the 150. Moving in a pattern like this
on the 350 bed. When I try to start a print it will give me an error and will not let me start jobs.
I then tried to downgrade and upgrade the firmware, no luck with this. Additionally when I power cycle the machine the only way to get it moving again is to run the above commands.
The weirdest is that when I go to about machine. It does not show a pic of the A350 no the product name (work area is correct tho).
Any help on getting the controller to know what model the machine is, or any other suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks a bunch,
Adam
