is there bed hack to 100C on A350? for carbon fiber?
Carbon fiber what? Also if youâre printing any carbon fiber filament, youâll need a hardened steel nozzle. The A350 CAN go to 100C if commanded (unless they changed something) it just takes ages to get there. The couple time I used 100C on the bed for ASA, it took a good 15+ minutes.
Polyamide, so Nylon. Good luck. Youâll need some form of different bed surface, blue tape MIGHT work, but youâll also need an enclosure, no exhaust and let it pre-heat the chamber for maybe a half hour. You can also look up PA bed surfaces on Amazon or Aliexpress specifically made for it.
Hardened nozzle definitely required along with special conditions. Itâs one of the harder filaments to print. You can test heating up the heatbed to 100C by sending a M140 S100
in the console on Luban.
