I seems i have a backlash of 0.04 mm in z - but i am not sure if i measured right.

I think that’s a reasonable number. Not too far off the published specs.

I was tired try reading a reasonable value out of the Quick Backlash Calibration gcode found here. Quick Backlash Calibration V.2 by Muele - Thingiverse

So i used a few regural expressions to convert it to a nc file for the laser which is much better interpretable.
