While unpacking the Snapmaker U1, before starting up the printer, I (dumm as I am) forgot to unscrew the plate. (3 screws). The machine made a rattling sound. Of course I imediately removed the screws. Maybe one of the z-axis belts (under the machine) were slipping? What can I do to control if there is any damage done?
Hi, I assume you’ve already done the first machine installation calibration. If you haven’t, please do it. Then, to verify that everything is correct, create a 265x265 square with a height of 0.2. If the layer is fine, there should be no issues. If it’s too high or too low in any area, manually calibrate the bed and then repeat the test.
