We just finished assembling my A350- a beautiful machine! But… sadly, when I tried to calibrate for 3D printing, the X axis bar and print head moved to the top of the Z axis bars and tried to calibrate 10" above the build plate. We checked all the wiring hook-ups and orientation of the X, Y and Z bars, and checked again. What did I do wrong?

Hi, did you try swapping the conversion cables for the axis? Let me know if that fixes it.
Thanks for the suggestion, but no luck. We switched the cables, and it seemed to correct it, but now I’m suspecting that the software is corrupted. I sent a SnapMaker Luban file over by wifi and it tried to print it up in the air.
Please do as follows to troubleshoot.
1, Connect the machine with a computer via the provided USB cable, and then open the console in Snapmaker Luban.
2, Enter command “M502”&“Enter” and then “M500”&“Enter” in order.
3, Then, please re-calibrate the heated bed.
