Inital Print Screen

My printer is stuck on this screen, no matter if I power it down, it will always come back up to this screen. How do I get back to the initial start-up screen?

Is it connected to Luban?

Initally no, just from the onscreen panel. For some background, I was given this setup and was “fumbling” around with the settings and it thought I was about to setup to print, but I was not, so when I could not find a way to exit out, I powered off the machine and powered it back on and it returned to the same screen. I’ve since downloaded the latest version of Luban and connected to the printer via WiFi as my device is not recognized via the mini-usb cable connected to my laptop even though I’ve installed the driver, any thoughts?

I would try unplugging the touchscreen itself. And plugging it back. Any reaction to that?

Thanks, I’ll try that out when I get off of work. Thanks for the tip and I’ll report back my findings. What I’m trying to do is get to the screen where I can determine what version of firmware I have before I attempt to upgrade.

I followed your advice, disconnected the touchscree from the connector bus (powered down first), power on, waited about 5mins, powered down again and reconnected the touchscreen and powered back on with the same results. It will not move pass that portion of the screen unless I attempt to print a file, which I do not want to do as the next series of screens takes me through the initial setup of the various settings for 3D printing a file.

And it doesn’t react to the touch?

Sorry for the late reply,
Yes it responds to touch, as when I click next it proceeds to the next screen in the setup to print phase. I’m afraid that if I continue with the print process that I’ll crash the print head and ruin the machine. On my Prusa, I can simply cancel the operation and start over. I’d like to do the same here if there’s a way to do so without damaging my machine.
