where can I disable the linkage of the speed of both extruders of the J1?
I want to print a combined part out of PLA and TPU. PLA can be printed with at least 100mm/s but TPU with not more than 30mm/s. But when I set the speed ot the TPU-extruder to 30mm/s the speed of the PLA-extruder is also set to 30mm/s and vice versa setting the PLA-extruder to 100mm/s the TPU-extruder is also set to unprintable 100mm/s.
This is extremely uncomfortable. Because the mainly part of the project conists out of PLA the overall print time will be extended dramatically when printing the whole part with only 30mm/s.
It only seems to do this if the left and right are using the same print profile, ie, Normal, Fast,…
If you make changes within the profile on the left, and if the right is using the same profile, then the right will change too.
So, use two different standard profiles and change each, or:
You will need to add a new profile and use that for the left or right, or a new profile for each.
‘Add Profile’ > ‘Quickly Create’ will base the new profile on the current selected profile above.
