How to set 0 fill density on CNC

Hello,
How to set 0 fill density on CNC (Luban 3.13.1)? For some reason the minimum value 1.

In the line above select outline only, then there won’t be any filling.

But when selecting Outline cuts around the drawing and enlarges the cutout, and I need a hole of the exact size

Then you could either use a dedicated cam system like fusion 360 or estlcam.
Or you could reduce the size of your outline by half your routing bits diameter.
