How good is Snapmaker Tech-Support?

I am wondering if any of you have any experience with Snapmaker technical support? I put my A350T together a few days ago and it is inoperable with a blank screen. (No everything is plugged in correctly, the power module is good with 24 V and 3.3V and the display is not faulty) I see they do not have a US phone number for support, and I emailed them but have not had an acknowledgement for them. I am now worried that even if the issue is resolved that if anything fails in future I won’t be able to get it fixed since there is no local support. I have the option of returning it via Amazon and am trying to decide what to do…

Support is located in China. They’ll respond to your email during business hours there. In general, support does come through eventually, and there are people around here who have made successful warranty claims and gotten bad parts replaced—you just have to be patient, allow for things like Chinese New Year, and prod gently when things seem to have come to a standstill.
