You can place it directly on the floor and see if the noise persists. It might also be coming from your table.

I would try to isolate it to a region of the box, or even better to one or a couple of parts. That would make it much easier. Applying pressure on various parts, manually moving the gantry, sliding the wires, etc. might get some clues.

The noise is not directly linked to the movement of mobile components, as it happens when I move the printer frame when it is switched off.
