Hi, I have the same problem, I changed the firework and changed connectors 2-1 but they don’t work, they move left and right but not in Z axis, how did you do it?
It’s a misunderstanding - maybe you misunderstood something from the technical support message.
It is important not to mislead other users. This is not true.
The 2 to 1 connectors are not axis specific - they are simple signal splitters - they have one input and two outputs. They can be used for different axes - they are interchangeable.
The input should be connected to the controller - outputs to the linear modules of a given axis.
They can also be used to extend the cables (e.g. for the X-axis).
Just plug everything in. exactly as in the technical manual.
Maybe in your case the connectors weren’t pressed tight enough.
@Ticomaker check all connections again - if it still doesn’t work, make a booting log (as described above) and show us its contents - then we can tell you more.
I am not trying to mislead others, this is my interpretation of the situation. As I emphasized in my earlier posts, the instructions were followed exactly and the cables were absolutely plugged in as tight as they allowed themselves to be. I even went back to double check that everything was in its place as it should be as suggested by other users here. And, like I stated in my posts as well, it was a software issue as well, so it was not a matter of pushing cables in tighter.
