Hi folks,
I don’t understand it. Is there no way to activate or control the outer heating zone from within Snapmaker Orca? I originally thought that this would be activated automatically as soon as a model was placed in this zone in the slicer - but unfortunately this is not the case.
What can I do?

You can check your gcode before printing about the correct commands or add it if they are missing (P0 for inner area, P"not 0" for outer area, S75 for temperature setpoint) :
M140 P1 S75; heat the whole bed
M190 P1 S75; wait for being heated
