Its just basically taking a country by country head count for the parts kit, so they dont over ship
We have sent out that email update to Artisan 3-in-1 3D Printer & 2.0 Dual Extrusion Module users who placed orders in Snapmaker online store. If you placed the order on our online store while you did not receive the email update, you can check the Spam folder in your mail box or contact our service team at info@snapmaker.com. If you placed the order from our resellers, you should receive a notification from them last week. If not, I’d suggest that you contact them directly for this request.
Sorry for the confusion. We used a Google Form to collect the data for the country/location info to help to determine the total demand for replacement kits across various countries, allowing us to optimize our inventory management and ensure timely availability of replacement parts. The form requires Sign-in responses by default. We have noticed the feedback on this step. This form cannot be changed now. We will pay attention to the form setting next time. I want to quickly shared an update with you all! Seeing the overwhelming positive feedback and trust in the community (both in the forum and facebook group), we made a quick decision last week to change the logistics method of the replacement kit from sea freight to air freight, so that everyone can receive and use it earlier.
I will prepare and send out the second official email update soon, which will include the link to obtain the replacement kit. Stay tuned!
I have private contact to two other dual extruder users in DACH region, but they and me did not get a Email. All of us bought in eu webstore.

I’m from Austria and got an email. But I had contact with support prior, so they had me on a list I guess.
I got it on 13.07, maybe they sent it to preorders or in order chronology , dont know…
I am from Austria too and ordered in the first hours of presale-start.

What do you ahve to say to the bot to get the code… it wont give it to me and i didnt get the email.
I didnt have any luck even printing the replacement door. Everything I print comes out like rubbish and I am just repulsed right now. The bot wont spit out a code, i didnt get an email, and I am just paying for the kit. If it doesn’t help I will be throwing the machine in a dumpster. Naturally, I didnt even know there was a kit so now they are not available until September.
