First print problems - faulty heated bed

Hello,

I just assemble the snapmaker original and try the first print.
I try both usb drive and connect pc to snapmaker, but can not get it printed anything (1 hr waiting)
The fan spinning, the 3d printing nozzle moves to closing to the front-left corner and stops, so far more than 1 hour.
The below is the screenshot of Snapmaker Luban, sending the 3d print job to the 3d printer, not sure if it is normal, I don’t see any update for G-code Line.
BTW, I click “start on Luban” on the right, is it correct? I can not click “send to device”.

can anyone help?

Thanks a lot!

It looks like the thermistor on the heated bed may be faulty, if you look in the bottom left of the screen you can see the bed temp is -26.8, it should at least be the ambient temperature of your room. The job will not start until the bed temp reaches the set value of 70C, or thereabouts.

Thanks a lot!
It seems that’s the problem. I guess I’ll have to contact the technical support.

Thanks again!

fixed the problem after following the instructions in the above webpage.
Thanks!
