Download the latest from here: Snapmaker 2.0 Firmware Updates and Downloads and put it on the USB drive. Then ‘print’ the file to load it. If it doesn’t work after that, try downgrading to say, 1.13.2 and see if that helps. If they work from there, THEN upgrade back to 1.14.2.
I suggest manually installing 1.13.2 to all toolheads first (install, turn off, plug in another toolhead, install, repeat). Then test 1.14.2 again, if it works, upgrade the other toolheads as well.
