Does anyone else have this issue where the machine A350 keeps saying that the filament has ran out and asking to load filament even though that’s not the case?
I feel like whenever there’s any tension at all this happens… it’s frustrating.
this is a known issue i think, serach the forum i think there already were some informations on how to confirm your sensor state and some guys already fixed their sensors.
Just took my Head apart to get some pics.

Open sidepanel

remove Screws for the Fan

take Fan out. (The Fan has quite a short cable to it, so be carefull)

Losen the Limitswitch carefully, take it out and bend the rounded part bit by bit until the switch is clicking when you stick in the filament.
Reassembly: (the screws have screwlocker on them, i didn’t tighten them to much, don’t want to strip/break the threads)
- Carefully remount the limitswitch (remove filament or actuate the switch so its not coliding with the Filament)
- Make sure the Fan is sitting properly on the Fanduct
- Remount Fanscrews
- Close sidepanel
- Try the change
