“filament pulling module” – I take it you mean the extruder.
I’m talking about the small box on the far left for loading the filament.
I opened it up for the first time. I put it back together and it’s working.
OK, that’s called the Automatic Filament Feeder Module. It’s more of a pusher than a puller!

Hope the little springs don’t fall out of the magnetized pressure “pin” slot the filament pushes in to like I did and posted about…a few tiny and slippery little suckers inside that simple little box.
