Filament feed gear coming unlatched

I have an Artisan 2.0. It was working fine until about a day or two ago. Now prints are failing because the left nozzle is no longer feeding.

When the filament goes through the feed gears, it’s becoming unlatched, causing the gears to longer mesh. I know this is what’s happening, because sometimes when I open the access door, the left nozzle’s latch just falls open.

Even when I load the filament, you see it bulge out a bit, and it no longer latch on the metal rod at the top.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

Yes! Still waiting for my post to be approved. Mine seems to be a bit less severe but it’s still enough to pop the latch.

Thanks! I didn’t realize the dual module for the A350 was shipped already so didn’t think to check other forums. Going to give this a try.

yeah print the wedge you can find on the forums it works wonders.
