Failure to heat up

First screw came out of bottom fan that destroyed the print caused a jam of pla. That in turn made power supply fail. Now new power supply on up and running. Now USB was corrupt along with firmware. Updated software and attempted first print.

Now when printer starts to heat up after a bit temps drop to 0 and it stops heating, unit is frozen too.

This also does the same thing when trying filament change to heat up.

Any ideas?

Sounds like it might be a sensor issue. Check to make sure the thermistor is properly seated inside the hotend (it just pokes into a hole, there’s nothing to hold it there).

I found the sensor it was out of it’s location. Placed back to where it belongs. Boom warmed right up no issues.
