I don’t know what is happening that the extruded gear is not moving when I am going to upload filament
Just a little details and the picture shows not that much. 
What exactly do you mean? Can you describe a bit more?
And is the nozzle getting hot?

Yes, nozzle is getting hot, when I hit the extruded tab the gear is not moving
Is the other way moving (retract)? you should be able to hear it.
Bu i fear, you need to contact Snapmaker support
