Has anyone experienced the above error when you power up the printer for the first time? I have completed the guide https://wiki.snapmaker.com/en/snapmaker_u1/troubleshooting/u1_toolhead_disconnected but the problem still persists. All 4 lights on every toolhead is on. I have submitted a ticket but hopefully someone has a quicker answer.
No issues on mine. Glad you submitted a ticket and posted here! Best way to go about itβ:sign_of_the_horns:![]()
For some weird reason, I swap the entire cable between toolhead 3 and 4 and now everything works!
As an IT professional I tell people that sometimes you just need to wiggle it ![]()
Glad that worked out for ya ![]()

I had the same errors on 2 or 3 print heads. I had carefully screwed the usb cables to the machine and the tool heads. After swapping cables around I found out that the cables going to the machine have to be tightened down quite tight. No problems since. Remember the screws on the tool heads are cutting screws. So be careful with them.
Yes I saw this for the first time today. Lights were all on. All I did was reboot the printer and it seems ok. Will have to monitor further.
