Are there any Dual Extrusion Module (DEM) adjustments to increase the pressure applied to the filament drive?
I noticed that when the filament fails to move, I can put pressure on the drive arm that’s just above the hot end to cause it to move.
Maybe a clip could be used to increase the pressure applied.
Not sure if you got the replacement kit for the dualextrusion module or your module had this integrated.

Fantastic! I ordered a replacement kit for the new DEM door, but I did not know there was fix for the filament drive in the kit. I have not received the kit yet.
I like the wedge work around.

The wedge does not appear to add adequate filament drive force.
When observing the filament scuffs after the filament stops, it only appears on the inter-wheel side. This tells me that the overall knurl drive wheel filament pressure is not sufficient. If there was adequate force, the major scuff mark would appear on either side, not always just on the one side.
