Dual Extruder Left head lifts during print

Hey all,
I’ve been using the dual extruder head now for a month or so, with a few issues. Most I’ve been able to solve, but one that keeps coming back, like a ghost in the system is that during the print, the left extruder head will lift about 5 mm, while running, but only on one side of the print.
In the past, I would re-calibrate z and the sensor, and that would “fix” it, but it will randomly come back.

Has anyone had issuesd with this or know what I could do to fix this?

This happens because of too much counterforce from your filament path of the spool to the extruder.

Be sure your filament is not tangled and can feed as easy as possible.
