Dual extruder grinding filament

I recently got my dual extruder module for the 350T. I have been having issues where a print will be 60% complete and then will stop extruding due to the filament being ground down by the drive gears. I’ll clean everything, check for clogs in the nozzle and start again. Same thing again. Doesn’t matter if I print with either nozzle. It does the same thing.
