Dual extruder clogging and new "Replacement Kit for Snapmaker Dual Extrusion 3D Printing Module"

9 months? Considering the last reply I received was June, 5 months ago, stating they hadn’t been shipped yet and when I received a replacement part last year that took months before it arrived I was patiently waiting. I don’t check the forum for information about a replacement part when I already have a ticket open with support.

Yeah I get you think that but it was first sent out in most of the East First, before they sent it out to the West for dispersal. That took a little more than 3 months, be frustrated but make sure you point that finger right back yourself for not keeping up

Are you an employee? I don’t know if you’ve ever worked in support but I have and typically once a ticket is created, the company has the responsibility to come up with a resolution and provide it or contact the user to let them know they can’t resolve the issue. It’s not up to the buyer to keep contacting the company to find out what’s going on nor should one have to go to the forums to get a resolution or find out how to obtain a resolution. So no I am not pointing the finger at myself. I know what good support is like and this is not it.

You get the same answer from me as a poster before:

No, I don’t work for them but I do watch the forums a lot to help people, I worked as a CNC machinist for 5 yrs, became a MSE in the military as a 25U also a geospatial network engineer, after I was blown up in Afghanistan I became a Combat Medic and then a flight nurse, served until I hit 22 yrs. Now, I’m retired. If you don’t want to take accountability that’s fine, I won’t force you…but you really need to take a hard look at what you say, when its very apparent you are working off faulty or plainly false information and this is just a pissy contest.

It’s not up to the buyer to keep contacting the company to find out what’s going on nor should one have to go to the forums to get a resolution or find out how to obtain a resolution - so everyone sits in the dark and nothing gets done…how novel…what that old adage about do the same thing the same way and expecting a different outcome?

My Artisan was delivered yesterday…is it going to have the new and improved extruder built in or am I going to have to buy the rreplacement too?

It came from SnapMaker directly or a 3rd party seller ie: Microcenter or Amazon?

If you’re asking me where my machine came from it was purchased and shipped straight from Snapmaker.

Share a photo of your dualextruder front door and we will see if you got the updated design.
