The video you linked is for an artisan. The OP didn’t specify his machine but since this is the 2.0 forum, I assume it’s an A350 (or A250) which are a lot less rigid and the toolhead is lower power.

Does not seem feasible:
At least not with decent quality. There are several users that have modified their SM2 for more rigidity - that may be a road forward.
