Copy and Mirror modes do not respect set Left and Right extruder parameters, is this by design or a bug?

I have been having good success with standard mode prints for awhile utilizing both extruders, either for multicolor or mutimaterial, but within the last day or two I have noticed that when I am trying to do a copy or mirror mode (set in both Luban, and when selected manually on the screen) that regardless of what I had entered in the slice the nozzles will match the temperature of the Left one. For some materials this is fine if they have a high tolerance for variability, but I noticed that if I wanted one filament to be 220 degrees, and the other to be 200, it won’t do it unless I wait a bit and manually change it on the screen after the first layer or so.

I understand that if you just threw a single extruder gcode at it that it would have no way of knowing what a second hotend temp should be, but since there is the option in Luban to have it recognize it is in a copy/mirror mode I feel as if it should be able to utilize at least something like different temperatures, or retraction settings.

Is there a way around this if it is intended, or a temporary fix if not?

Edit: I also wanted to mention that the screen does recognize what it was sliced with, so it’ll say the different filament per extruder and the set temperature with them, but then completely ignore it when it comes time to print. Seems to happen both in Cura and in Luban.
