My Snapaker arrived today. It is a joint purchase between my son and me. I have not used this software before and so I went to download it. I’m on a Mac. All is well and the software is running. The version I have is 4.0.1. As I began the software is immediately advised me that there was another version 4.0.3 and invited me to download it. I did that but it is clearly still 4.0.1 and I get the message again do I want to update.
What is going on here and as a new user why is not the up-to-date version available when you download it?
I hope someone can help and has seen this oddity.
