How to maintain the snapmaker in perfect condition?

Hello ! What do you use to maintain your Snapmaker in good condition ? Do you add oil on axis ? Do you you use special grease for crews ? Where can i find official advises from snapmaker ? Does it exist ? … I’ve found absolutely nothing about that. Thank a lot for your advises… it’s my first 3d print so i’m not very experimented ! Thanks !

Lubrication or Maintenance?

Not sure if the steel strip is loosened or the bracket inside is off. Please refer to these two videos to tighten up the strip or check the bracket.
