One of the cables going to the thermistor in the heater block has broken off / come unsoldered…and the site won’t let me fill out the warranty form…anyone know where to get a replacement? This also sends the machine in an ifinite booting sequence since it can’t read a temp from the thermistor…it read -27 for a few seconds then the screen froze…then it won’t boot!

I broke mine too and had to buy one from the store as @doug suggested. It’s a fairly cheap cable to purchase and I’d actually ordered mine prior to mine breaking. I anticipated that I was going to break it since I’m an idiot like that.
