i need a new connnector because the other one broke i know how to fiks it but i need the specific usb-c connector that is used in the snapmaker screen 5.0 wire
I was hoping somebody with more experience with the v2 would chime in. If the device is still under warranty, contract support. Comments on the forum say support can be hit or miss though, so it might take them a while. They work chinese business hours, so don’t expect a reply in the middle of a US day.
If it’s outside of warranty, try taking it to a cell phone repair shop. They deal with stuff like that all the time, and have all the tools you’d need to repair it.
