Bed Temperature doesn't raise above 87°C since I installed the dual head extruder

Hi, I beleive the fans in the dual extruder are preventing the bed from fully heating up. My bed temp is stuck at 87°C. Is there a mod to improve bed temperature. Any ideas are welcome, does anybody else have similar problems?
