Bed leveling fails

Hi,
I just installed my Snapmaker A350. I tried the bed leveling, but it seems that the bed is to far in the back. The print head is before the bed while doing steps 1-3 of bed calibration.

Any ideas to understand the problem and to fix it?

Assembled your y rails too far in the back. Common mistake, recheck the depiction in the manual. The rails need to sit flush in the grooves.

@Andomaster they really need to make those indents in the plate more obvious, they can be hard to even notice.
