I’m having an issue where when the bed preps for printing it goes to the back, but then goes too far making a grinding noise for about a second. It also makes noises when going back & forth for the first few minutes. Any help would be appreciated… Please tell me it’s software.
Is this on a newly assembled device? Or have you been using your Snapmaker for some time already?
Is it possible for you to make a video of it?
Have you tried turning the machine off and pulling the bed all the way to the front and reboot and let the device go to its home position. (just in case the rails aren’t perfectly aligned anymore)
There could be all kind of reasons for it, but software is probably not one of them to be honest.
