Artisan Tech Support issues

So far I had 3 out of the box assembly 3d print success stories followed by a significant 4 axis CNC fail…and have been completely unable to recalibrate for another 3d print since… poss 10 attempts. Support has not been timely or helpful so far. Initial reply asked for a log file. Follow up asked for some other log file that is not part of log file export… definitely seems to be a delay tactic given the hundreds of identical calibration issues I have seen across multiple forums for Artisan. 3dP currently unusable. Hey…Snapmaker…we understand there can be initial hw/fw issues. And it can take time to sort it all out. The one intolerable thing is pretending there is not an issue…using stall tactics or in any way not just honestly confronting the challenge and resolving it. Keeping help desk in the dark may even be the worst. It is not working…say that … figure it out…and deploy a solution
