Android Version of Luban

Continuing the discussion from Android Version:

Not really looking to print or send codes from my tablet to the machine, but just looking for enough access to preview what a print/engraving/routing might look like so I can make changes to it before sending it to my computer for slicing and printing. Is that something that’s possible?

There’s no indication of even a partial Android port of Luban being in development, or at least not that I’m aware of.

However, there are websites out there that will let you view and manipulate 3D objects, preview gcode, and so on (including online slicers/CAM applications), and those should work as well on Android as they do anywhere else. It’s likely to be easier to get good instrumentation for 3D printing than laser or CNC. I don’t have any specific recommendations, but such sites get mentioned periodically here and in a lot of “get started with 3D printing” articles online.
