Help with laser engraving

Hello,
I am seeking help for laser engraving on plastic cards.
The engraving is incomplete, and there are thin lines when switching from one engraving to another.
I am using vector engraving with 55% power, a speed of 300 mm/min, a refresh rate of 1000 mm/min, one pass, and constant power mode is disabled.

If anyone can help me figure out how to fix this issue, I would appreciate it.

Hallo! Wenn ich ein Objekt gravieren will, wird die Fahrt zum Start der Gravur ebenfalls mitgraviert, was Linien und Kurven auf dem Objekt aufbringt, die da nicht hingehören. Was mache ich falsch? Oder liegt ein Bug vor? Luban 4.15.0 SM 350 Gruß Propellernase

Which laser module? Read this thread: Laser Frustrations and bugs for some observations - the 10W seems to have a bug in the firmeare IMHO for constant power off, and the 2W may need tweaking at the low power end (M2000 L24 Pxx).

If it is the10W, please file a support ticket! I never received a final answer to my request on that, and a bump might be good!
