I had a clogged nozzle. I replaced it with the spare one that was included. Unfortunately, after starting the device, the nozzle temperature of 942 degrees appeared and the machine stopped responding to commands.
I tried to reinstall the old clogged nozzle and the temperature error still remains in the device.
I checked all wires and connectors three times. Everything looks ok.
The printer now does not calibrate at all or returns home with the printhead. It does not respond to commands, but freezes.
The nozzle does not heat up.

Looks like your thermistor is shorted. Really high temperature means very low resistance. Hence I would expect it’s shorted.
Check the cables & connectors again. Could be it got damaged causing the short. If you have a multimeter you can try to measure the resistance (Ohm-value) and try and find out in which part the short is located. The part in the hotend, which is less likely if you have the same problem with both hotends or the cable in the toolhead itself.
Sometimes one of the pins from the thermistor connector comes out on the snapmaker side of the connector, do you see 4 pins present?
you may need to cut away the shrink tube and press it back in.

Ok, guys. I checked the thermistors and everything is good but my friend found probably another problem please look at the enclosed file.
Yep, looks like a problem. You’ll either have to fix it or ask support to replace it.
