First most simple question asked: You did the bed levelling/calibration procedure? Perhaps switch to 5x5 pattern and see if you fare better.
Most likely you are - like many others - suffering from a bad print platform. If your SM2 is rather new, contact support - I think many others received a replacement for the platform. Or search the forum for bed levelling issues - you’ll find tons of advice. This one might be good starting points:
After endless fighting of bed levelling during 3D printing, and now endlessly unable to get the laser to focus, I took a straight edge to the carriage and estimated a 1.25mm drop. The ruler is in Freedom Units™, don’t mind. I used F360 to measure it:

Additionally, some of the machined flats loo…
Dear Snapmaker people,
Like so many out there, especially the early adopters, my bed is not level and I have problems printing larger objects.
I firmly believe that if we could have an 11 x 11 calibration WITH HEATED BED feature built in as an option, it could be a game changer for us.

I’ve read @Tone , @Dojima , @NilartPax and many users feedback on bed leveling experience on forum and facebook groups. So I decided to make a Google sheet to collect more feedback on this topic and existing solutions, trying to share more insights to the team and hopefully something useful to the community. Please help to share your experience with me, whether you have encountered this issue or not. Need opinions and facts on both sides. Thank you for your support!
