The loose touchscreen connector caused a known fault to a few users, have a look here:

Hello, got the answer from the snapmaker support today. The Problem was the rubber at the cable connector to the touch screen. We cut of 1mm of it. [image] It worked immediatly! Thanks for your support

I was thinking about the power source, it has a overheat protection but maybe it’s easy like to cut some rubber
